Yes, for insurance purposes, a doctor’s note or physician’s prescription is mandatory to validate the purpose of your orthotics treatment. OrthoPlus Group will work directly with you to create the best solution for your foot condition. Your physician’s diagnosis is important to our treatment plan.

• Is my insurance plan based on calendar year or benefit year? 
• How many pairs am I covered for during each plan period?
• What percentage is covered (100% or partial)?

We start by conducting a thorough assessment of the health of your feet. This starts by learning about your day-to-day activities, conducting a gait analysis and biomechanical evaluation, and listening carefully to any other concerns might you have.

With this information, our team will provide you with treatment options and the best custom orthotic for your needs. We will then offer you customization options according to your shoe and foot type. We create a three dimensional mold of your feet that we then use to create your orthotic.
